What a crazy transformation this is in such a short time period in the grand scheme of BB

Danny has executed prep like a real athlete and the response has been immense

The plan now is to feed and fill up tomorrow with just over 700g carbs, 5L fluid and 8.9g salt going in before competing on Sunday at the Sugars Classic down in Leicester while assessing as we go

Show day weekend is upon us and I am nothing but proud of the man now it’s time to enjoy it

Legs and back always come in first 🔪

Appetite is starting to fire more which is nice

Feeling hungry between meals is essential at the start of a push up phase, if you don’t appetite will quickly limit your intake and this is why digestion is also a very important factor

Before getting stuck in with gaining you want to make sure your body is healthy and sensitive so it will be ready to take on the food, therefore you need to be relatively lean while digestion is in a good place if not digestion needs corrected first, likely through an elimination diet and maybe low fodmaps (aka foods that can causes lots of gas in the process of digestion)

231lb bodyweight this AM, physique is starting to pull in especially the legs 11lb down

Into upper body tomorrow-lovely stuff

We will just keep chipping away for now while trying to gain/maintain strength without any intensifiers until we push back up

From getting up at 4am to prep food to pushing through leg sessions on minimal sleep Josh has always applied a serious amount of effort with precision which directly reflects in his physique

Last couple of weeks pushing food then we start the 2026 diet-more exciting times ahead in the realm of seeking the shreds to fully enveil the muscle added
