It's been a while since I posted. Copying family trees?
I would never do this. It's tempting to duplicate anothers research from an online family tree. This is a 'Risky Business' Copying one wrong detail can really mess everything up. It can take a genealogist ages to unpick. Just because there are lots of trees with the same info, probably means they have all copied a tree including mistakes...
