We’re looking for amazing Support Workers to join our supported living service in North Cave, supporting young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
No two days are the same — but every day is rewarding ⭐
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Supporting people to build independence
✨ Helping with daily routines & personal care
✨ Encouraging hobbies, activities & community outings
✨ Providing positive behavioural support
✨ Assisting with shopping & everyday tasks
✨ Being a friendly, reliable presence in someone’s life
🙋♀️ Who We’re Looking For
✔ At least 1 year’s experience in care (autism / learning disabilities)
✔ A kind, patient, and professional attitude
✔ Team player with a person-centred approach
✔ Full UK Driving Licence – essential 🚗
✔ Right to work in the UK – required
✔ Able to work weekends (1 in 2)
