If you know me, you’ll know I don’t sit still for more than 30 seconds 😅

So when I tell you I actually made myself stop and give my skin some overdue TLC… that’s saying something! 💆‍♀️

It’s been a busy (and very stressful) few weeks, and I’ve really noticed it in my skin. I always try to look after it, but anything that’s not a quick cream, lotion or potion usually gets pushed to the bottom of the to-do list.

So today I blocked out some “me-time” in the diary and gave myself a long-overdue chemical peel followed by 10 minutes under our LED light therapy mask 💫

Of course, I still managed to sneak in some admin and spreadsheets while I did it 😂 multitasking at its finest! But honestly, the serotonin boost from that self-care moment was so needed. I left work feeling calm, glowing, and like my skin had a proper pick-me-up 💕

I’’m already seeing the difference and I’ve booked my next peel with… myself, in two weeks’ time 😉
