We get two celebrations in one today.
Bring on the Big Cats - welcoming the Year of the Tiger!
And it's Imbolc - celebrated as the first day of Spring.
Loving them both - my winter Yin can do with a boost from the Yang energy combo of feline power and those first new shoots of green!

Is there something that makes you feel energised at this time of year?

Find some calm with five element acupuncture

People in China and the Far East have been using acupuncture for thousands of years. Over the centuries acupuncture has been developed, tested, researched and refined.

The evidence Evidence-based clinical research is increasingly discovering how this holistic treatment can support people suffering from a wide range of common health complaints. For example, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends acupuncture for the treatment of specific conditions including chronic tension-type headaches and migraines.

More than just pain relief While many people think of acupuncture as mainly for pain relief, it offers much wider benefits. Many patients come to me when they feel their bodily functions are out of balance but have no obvious medical diagnosis. Others feel anxious, stressed and 'low', and come for regular treatments because they find acupuncture helps them create some calm in their hectic day-to-day lives.
