Not interested in membership but want to join us on Fridays? No problem you can still attend our Friday classes until the end of September and get one for half price!**

'Efficiency Flow Form & Fun-ctionality' on the mat or reformer.

Come and join us for our weekly classes exclusively for movement teachers.

With an emphasis on having FUN, content focuses on effective and efficient movement patterning that supports a wide range of functional movement agendas.

Classes are laid back and all the material can be taken at your own pace with personalised corrections and feedback given throughout.

You are also invited to suggest areas of focus you would like included in the class each week, ensuring the content is relevant and meaningful to you and the group as whole.

*New Member offer only available to new members signing up for Professional Membership before 23:59 30th September 2022. Class numbers are restricted to 10 per class, free places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and must be taken before 1st November 2022. If we cannot fit you into a class we will offer you a second month's membership for free as an alternative to the free class place. No other alternative offers or credits will be given.

**Non member offer of a half price class is only available to new class attendees during September 2022. PLEASE NOTE: After 30th September Teacher Class attendance will only be available for Professional Members.

LIVE online KineticNRG MTA autumn/winter workshops are also now available to book.

These ones are for the professionals only! But that includes any movement teaching professional*, Pilates & yoga teachers, fitness instructors, personal trainers, S & C coaches, technical coaches, dance teachers, physiotherapists and Osteopaths. If you teach human movement we'd love to see you there.

NOTE: We won't always post KineticNRG MTA announcements here so if you are a movement teaching professional make sure you are also following .mta

*The 'Mechanical Harmonies Workshops' are the exception - participants for these must hold a studio equipment teaching qualification related to the workshop of choice.
