This morning, I accessed the mermaid pose in my yoga class at Yoga on the Edge 🧘‍♀️🤍

Once you learn something, you can return to it, again and again, each time with more ease.

And it reminded me of my therapy clients.

Everyone starts somewhere.

You smoke because, somewhere along the way, it started to feel like it helps.
