That’s why Grow and Glow exists.

A space for women to speak.
Or just sit.
Or finally say the thing they’ve been carrying.

If you’ve been feeling lonely, disconnected, or like you don’t quite fit anywhere at the moment, Grow and Glow might be the space you’ve been looking for.

You genuinely don’t have to talk.
You don’t have to share.
You can just come for a cup of tea and a biscuit and sit quietly if that’s all you have in you.

No pressure.
No judgement.
No fixing.

We meet every Wednesday evening in Wilmslow at the fire station for a women only peer support group.

Grow and Glow is a free weekly peer support group for women in Wilmslow.

We are excited to host Wilmslow’s very first Community Group Fair, giving residents the opportunity to see how many fantastic groups are available to get involved with locally 🫶

Whether people are looking to meet new friends, learn something new, volunteer for a local cause, access support or simply feel more connected to their community, there will be something for everyone at this free event:
