Just for today.......

I love Dr Usui's principles,
"Just for today, do not worry,"
This one has really resignated with me lately. My health issues cosume alot of my time and energy, i try to live by this principle but some days are harder then others.......but every day i wake up and think what if today is different and i feel better. It sets my mind to a positive outlook, and i look forward to the day to see what it brings. It stops me thinking about yesterday, or tomorrow and helps me stay present to now. Thank you Dr Usui, you still empower my life even now i cannot practice reiki atm. It gives me hope that one day i will be back.

As i have lots of time on my hands i was just thinking how amazing reiki is and what experiences i have had with it.
What are your favourite stories to do with reiki?
I found it amazing the different feelings and emotions that i can feel whilst doing reiki. I also had a mirroring effect where i could feel thei pain in my body! Truly incredible, and the look on peoples faces of calm afterwards!!!! Just so beautiful. Thank you Dr Usui 🙏

So as if chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia as well as everything else i have! My body has now decided i need osteoarthritis too! Which means my joints havent enough padding between them so its bone on bone! It normally starts after 45 so i am very early to have it! 😩😩😩😩😩

Im sitting im my yurt, as a visit. I have made the decision to close for a few months and im hoping to be back in September! Hopefully i will be strong enough to return to the yurt! I have the most amazing support around me and i am working hard to get well again and im getting stronger each day!
