Rise and shine ✨Sunday mornings join me in the beautiful Yoga Shala-Pemrbooke Street at 10am for a gentle yoga boost that helps you balance your nervous🧠 system and get the circulation🔄 flowing and stretch the key areas in the body that are impacted from the day to day hustle and bustle of life

Come flow with me each Sunday as I will guide your mind and body to

🤔For those that have not rolled out the mat for some time that is okay I got you and I will guide you safely to find your safe space on the mat-no one ever regrets attending a yoga session! You will leave feeling amazing and ready for your week head

🤓I am passionate about guiding people to truly understand how to make the most of their mind and body and to notice the signs of when things aren’t so good what to do to adjust and align ✨

🚀Each week we will develop a toolkit 🧰 of how to practice the yoga fundamentals in your everyday life

as we prepare for seasonal changes that can impact our mind and body @ TThe Happy Body Projectin their beautiful recently renovated Yurt a dedicated healing space to shift energy overlooking nature and countryside moonset views :-)

✨We will focus on a series of yin postures resting into them for 3-5 mins that will target the deep connective tissues where we hold emotional tensions & stress

Yin has many benefits here are a few:

✨Your vagus nerve starts to do its magic in the body sending signals of C A L M to the brain

Really looking forward guiding a two hour sunset 🌅 special in the YURT of ✨dreams overlooking the countryside of Bedfordshire with some gorgeous ladies who were super quick to reply to the mailing list 🙌email this morning! Join me for an evening of:
* Super crystal charged nourishing hug-yourself-feel-good-yoga for those who feel like a tin man-I GOT YOU! This is an especially planned session for reducing stress - a detoxifying yoga flow for the all areas of the body. Key teachings of anatomy will be paying attention to the brain, spine and the hips- I will teach you a little more about how to take care of the vegus nerve(s) and how it connects our gut to our brain and how that triggers stress through our entire anatomy.

*Ascension meditation to reduce stress-learn some good habits to get into meditating as I share some top tips to get a bit of a zen fix anywhere by training da brain!

**time to practice and master two advanced breathing techniques that can help calm the nervous system when you start to feel stressed or overwhelmed and has been used within the military with those diagnosed with PTSD to help support their recovery and allow the mind to practice a deep state of consciousness to fully rest.
*time to journal during meditation 🧘‍♀️ for those that are daily journal setters bring yours along and set your intentions and goals. You will each be gifted one on the evening.
For those that do not want to journal take opportunity to sit as the sunsets surrounded by the countryside or if you would like to learn I will guide you in your journal beginnings with the things that have worked for me and the studies I have carried out on the transformational benefits that journalling has on peoples lives. ��Yoga Nidra -the deepest sleeps you will ever have is when practicing nidra and helps reduce anxiety and PTSD symptoms...it works for me. �-Cool fact: 30 minutes of nidra is like 2-4 hours sleep. Athletics to military to yogis who live busy lives are dosing up on nidra during their busy day for a 30 minute check-in. I have started to do this twice a week during the day and will share more in the session on this!��Finally...the mini-head massage and reiki crystal healing with soothing essential oils which can produce an anxiolytic, anxiety-reducing effect, and increase the body's production of serotonin...the happy feels...the good bits...the ahhhhh moments ...and lay there in deep rest mode. Ready for a good night's sleep x ��If you would like a couple of hours off grid in a yurt and can get out of the house on a Sunday evening for a couple of hours to feel connected to you for a bit and have a bit of you time and to take a minute then come and join me xx

TIME IS PRECIOUS 😌
Covid has been a beast.

We’ve missed out on so much memory making.

Said goodbye to loved ones that we will never see again.

To have this time with my daughter in the big smoke was so precious.
Celebrating so much.

Many of you know we had to remove Lilly from school to home school her. Not an easy decision but for us the safest option. The fact that she sat exams was unbelievable as in September could not even pick up a pen. She smashed the exams with incredible mega top grades. To me the grades aren’t the win. We infact told her many times to not sit any exams and focus on healing. Her determination & true grit to show up each day was the win. These grades do not determine the decent person you become.
The energies you connect with along the way will help you to create the life you want to live.
This time with Lils was celebrating the fact that she is alive and healthy and finally starting to find her happy pathway in life.

Never underestimate the power of your words on social media or face to face. They can either lift you or crush you.
Be kind. Teach others to be kinder.

Don’t tolerate abuse or bullies. All of which are cowards battling with their own issues to vomit onto others.

Be proud of every small achievement you make as it helps shape you to becoming the best version of yourself.

To my yoga community-thank you for being patient as I’ve needed to take time away from my gorgeous business to be with my family who are my heart beat. I will be back but not just yet!

Sorry I’ve been absent for a long time.
I have needed a break from giving out energy & have needed to heal.

I am still healing
I am still learning
I am still trying my best

I will be back but not this year.

I miss you all & grateful for all the calls, messages & pure love that goes beyond a studio.
