Add some strength training to your weekly activity. It's not only good for your bones but helps to lower your blood pressure too reducing risk of strokes.

All exercise is good for blood pressure but research suggests strength training is most effective.

Just completed my first bike ride in a couple of weeks. It didn't feel as hard as I expected. Important to start small when returning to an activity and build up gradually to avoid injury. 🚴‍♀️
