Hallo everyone, final reminder to join us at the meeting tonight, we'll be right at the back of Wimbledon Library from 6.45PM. We are going to give you loads of ideas for strategies to help you manage your labour and birth, and happy to answer any questions too.

Vera, Sarah and Lisa will all be there and between us we have decades of experience supporting 100s of births, so please do brave the weather and come and take advantage of this free community resource because we love seeing you all 💛

You are welcome to come with or without your partner (we get a mix), and no need to book. Cake and tea awaits!

Happy New Year! Positive Birth Group is back 💛🙌

If you’re pregnant and would love a calm, supportive space to talk openly about birth, come and join us on Wednesday 21st January at Wimbledon Library.

The group offers a relaxed, friendly environment to meet other expectant parents, share experiences, ask questions and feel more confident as you prepare for birth — whatever that may look like for you.

The group is completely free and open to anyone expecting, whether it’s your first baby or your fifth.

We have a free WhatsApp community for updates which you can join via the link in the bio, otherwise you are welcome just to come along on the night. DM me if any questions!
