I sent this recipe out with my last newsletter and you can find it on my website too - such an easy but crowd pleasing dessert, I love it! Rich in protein, it’s also a more energy-steady dessert option, but you won’t feel like it was the “healthy choice”.
I was chatting with a client this last week about prepping for the big celebrations and this is definitely one that can be made in advance too - just pop it in the freezer and get it out the morning before you want to eat it. Simples!
