Corporate workshops, webinars and employee support I cut through the sensational headlines and overwhelming marketing by listening to my clients situations and needs to offer them practical dietary and lifestyle solutions to boost their energy levels and empower the

m to be the best possible versions of themselves and enable their whole families to thrive. I’ve always loved cooking and eating, but nutrition became an interest of mine in my early 20’s after I discovered the full impact it had on my health and energy as I embarked on a fast-paced city career. Fast forward a decade, and my interest was transformed into a true passion by the responsibility of bringing into this world and raising my two boys. This gave me the opportunity and courage to step away from what I was doing and turn my passion into a new career that could help others to also experience the power of food. I’m pleased to say that day 17 of the 21-day Sugar-free challenge is here and I’m still going strong despite the 1000km drive, a retreat and staying with a friend I love to drink wine with (sorry Siân!)

The group is doing amazingly too, and I’m enjoying seeing everyone’s journey, the collective support and sharing information like this which I thought would also be helpful for you too.

So who else is inspired to try a sugar-free stint? Did you see my original posts with all the benefits? I’m living them now 🙌🏼

Can you spot hidden sugar?

I’m not demonizing sugar, it’s been around for millennia in natural forms and sweet foods like fruits are packed with great nutrients too.

But can you spot sneaky extra sugars in so-called “healthy foods”? The aisles are laden with them…

Halfway through week 2 of the 21-day sugar-free challenge and it’s been an eye opener for sure!

Day 5 of the 21-day Sugar-free Challenge…

So days 3 and 4 were most definitely the most challenging for me and for most in the group but I’m pleased to say that sugar cravings have significantly subsided today and my head is much clearer.

Next challenge? The weekend! BUT I’m really loving how I feel today so that’s keeping me motivated.

Here’s a few sugar-free and low sugar snacks, plus an easy chia pudding recipe that I’m throwing together now for an easy go to (that my kids will also enjoy!)

If you’re following along here, do also fee free to drop in to the WhatsApp group - I’m delighted with the community that’s built so quickly here, so much support and encouragement 😊

Why am I going sugar-free? Because I over-indulged over Easter, or probably I have been increasing my sugar intake gradually over a much longer period of time, and I feel the impacts now.

I know this won’t be forever, but for me to break the cycle, to retrain my body back out of the cravings, I know the fastest way is to do a complete break.

Once I feel the benefits acutely as well, I know that will help motivate me not to let too much sugar too often creep back into my daily routine.

Want to join me? Hop on to my stories for the WhatsApp link or send me a message. It’s totally free - I need you as much as you need me!
