Meet Our Instructors: Mike Scott
Mike’s path to Pilates is shaped by a lifelong dedication to movement, sport and helping others thrive. Raised in Tanzania and educated in the UK, he built a career focused on child welfare and international development before turning his attention fully toward movement and wellbeing.
From competitive rugby and endurance sports to coaching and fitness, Mike has experienced firsthand how strength, mobility and mindful practice transform the body. This perspective shapes his teaching today, supportive, attentive and grounded in athletic insight.
In every session, Mike creates a space where clients feel understood, encouraged and inspired to move with confidence.
