💬 Set boundaries that protect your energy
You don’t need to attend every event or stay longer than feels comfortable. Choosing what supports your wellbeing is a form of self-care.

Seek out those who help you feel grounded and understood. If certain interactions drain you, it’s okay to limit the time you spend.
