WOW! Weekday classes here are bursting at the seams this term. THANK YOU 🙏🏼

With flexible block booking here we hold a space in each class for class members to request to move classes on a week that they are unable to make their regular class. We understand that we all have weeks where that regular time might just not be possible!

We still have a few spots available in our Sunday morning classes at & we are back there this coming Sunday!

What a FABULOUS evening yesterday with the wonderful Sam! Thank you so much to everyone that supported this event & helped us to raise £100 for such a worthy cause! 🙏🏼

Sam & I met nearly 20 years ago when we started out in the same role in the NHS & I am SO pleased to still have her by my side as we both venture into new chapters!

Thank you Sam! We can’t wait for the next one! 🧡
