WOW! Well we have been blown away again for the support we have had today since our JUNE 2026 UK WEEKEND RETREAT launched this morning!

Planning & running retreats is something that we LOVE doing here! But…because of our little friend “self doubt”, at times, it can feel really VERY daunting when it comes to launching them! We absolutely did not imagine only having 2 rooms left this evening! So THANK YOU! 🙏🏼

These words by the very talented Donna Ashworth landing very close to home this week as I take my “other hat off” for the final time today!

How grateful I am to all the fabulous people I have been so fortunate to work alongside over my years with the NHS & the most amazing friendships this role has brought me! Absolutely NOT goodbye!

…And as I embark upon this next chapter thank you so much to everyone who has supported my yoga journey over the last 4 years since was launched!
