About six years ago in lockdown I started to feel the need to do something different from the job I was doing.
I was working in my family business which I loved and had worked hard to help grow, but since having my girls something had changed and I felt I wanted to make more of a difference in the world.
I looked at loads of different options, but the one that kept coming back to me was something to do with pregnancy and birth.
Eventually, I plucked up the courage to train with on their pregnancy yoga course.
Thinking I could easily complete the training when my eldest was back at school I happily applied.
But silly me, this was the era of lockdowns and I found myself reading and watching training video videos while trying to homeschool and occupy my toddler đ€Šđ»ââïž
It was fairly stressful! đźâđš
The next step felt even scarier, actually putting myself out in the worldâŠno joke I thought I was going to be sick when I published my post on Facebook đ€Ł
But fast forward to today and Iâm really glad I did.
I have worked with hundreds of local mums and their children through the most transitional, precious times of their lives and teaching you and creating our community has really lit me up over the last five years.
