💊 Repeat Prescriptions Requests 💊

We are transitioning away from patients requesting their repeat prescriptions with paper scripts. For those that can, we request that you complete your repeat prescription requests online via one of the following methods:

NHS App
SystmOnline
Airmid App
Surgery Website Request Form

If you do not already have login details (or need these reset), please request your personal Online Services login details from our Care Navigation team. You can then login to easily request your repeat medication without having to visit the surgery ☺️

Notice of Surgery closure for Staff Training:

Please can all patients be aware that the surgery will be closed on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 in the afternoon between 1.30pm - 4.30pm for essential staff training. The surgery will reopen at 4.30pm as usual.

UPDATE 3.10PM - The service provider has found the cause of the issue and is working to restore the service.

All issues at our Old Dispensary site are now resolved. Any patients affected by this will have been contacted. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We are having power and internet issues at our Old Dispensary site this morning. We have staff on site working to resolve the issue but please be aware this is having impact on the surgery at the moment as we are unable to access the computer systems.
We will post further updates as we have them. We apologise for any incovienience this may cause.
UPDATE 9.06am - We have spoken to our suppliers have an engineer on route to look a this issue. He will be with us as soon as he can, but we will keep you updated.
