With new residents joining us every week, we take every chance we can to hop on the minibus and head out together. One of our favourite spots? Pamphill Farm Shop & Café — it never disappoints!😆

From freshly baked cakes to a menu that’s hard to resist, it’s always a treat. But honestly, it’s the laughter, the chats, and the great company that make it truly memorable♥️

Sunshine, fresh air, and a little bit of fun… what more could you need🤩

With the weather getting better by the day, we’ve been making the most of our lovely outdoor space. It is perfect for us to relax, enjoy some refreshments, and soak up the sunshine together☀️

But we didn’t stop there… this week turned into a full-on outdoor games day!

With the sun shining and the tea flowing, it was the perfect excuse for residents and staff to get outside, have a laugh, and enjoy some well-earned fresh air💨

Meet the King of Maintenance – Martin💪

Let us introduce the man, the myth, the legend… our fantastic Head of Maintenance, Martin👑

Martin is truly one of the most important members of our team. Nothing is ever too much trouble — whether it’s helping a member of staff, supporting management, or sorting something out for one of our residents. If it needs doing, Martin’s your man!

At the moment, you’ll find him out in the garden getting everything ready for spring and the change in weather☀️

Of course, under the expert direction of our resident gardeners, who are making sure he’s taking notes on how to get the very best out of our beautiful outdoor space!

We honestly don’t know what we’d do without him♥️

We were absolutely thrilled with the turnout for our very first Business Breakfast.

The room was buzzing with great conversations, new connections, and collaborations already in the making. It was fantastic to see such a brilliant mix of local businesses, charities and professional services coming together.

A Celebration of Love & Friendship🤝

With so many lovely new faces joining our Home recently, we thought what better way to celebrate new beginnings than with a fabulous Valentine’s Gala?♥️

Our residents were welcomed in style with a glass of bubbles, setting the tone for a truly special afternoon, followed by a delicious three-course meal, lovingly prepared by our incredible in-house chef (safe to say there were some very happy plates!)😋

But the magic didn’t stop there…

We were delighted to welcome the wonderful Michael Kempton, who serenaded everyone with his smooth voice and timeless classics from Frank Sinatra to Cliff Richard🎤

It truly was a heartwarming day filled with laughter, music, delicious food, and most importantly, friendship🎶

We made a special stop at Lyndhurst to visit the New Forest Heritage Centre, where everyone discovered the fascinating story behind the New Forest and how it became what it is today❤️

From learning about the incredible wildlife to exploring the detailed tapestries and reading about life during the World Wars, there was so much to take in🍃

After all that exploring (and let’s be honest, quite a bit of reading!), we definitely felt we’d earned a hot drink and a slice of cake. It was the perfect way to round off the trip!

It was such a wonderful day out, full of learning, laughter, and a little indulgence. We can’t wait to head out on our next adventure soon🥳
