👺When you heal this - you lose that gnawing feeling in the pit of your stomach, in the back of your mind “What if they find out about me? What a monster / nightmare / mess I really am ?”

These little blue bottles have helped me beyond measure • 2 years ago I used Saskia's Flower Essences Strength & Support when I thought that physical symptoms of anxiety were getting so limiting that I was going to need to go on medication .. after just 1 week taking it, 7 drops a day, I didn’t need any medication and haven’t done since. • Now I turn to other combination essences — Shock Relief and Emotional Relief to get me through a challenging time. • They really help, it doesn’t feel so heavy.. life feels more hopeful.
