Wee bitty quiet over here the last few days as I was enjoying a long weekend over in Rome (let’s not talk about the rugby that I was there to see 🫣😤🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏉) anyway was a fabulous trip, did a great run around some of the incredible sites Rome has to offer as you can see. Anyway that’s me back in Clinic and busy as ever. We welcome Lynsey our fabulous new therapist this week and she’s filling fast which is brilliant. My diary has only a few spaces left now for February and March so please get booking. As always we appreciate your support ☺️

Hey! I’m Lynsey, the person behind LM Sports Massage Therapy.
I’m so excited to be starting this new chapter as a Sports Massage Therapist, now based at Sutherland Podiatry & Therapy

Alongside this, I currently work as a Dental Nurse, and I also do strength and conditioning training, which has given me a strong understanding of how the body moves, performs, and most importantly recovers. Recovery has always been a huge part of training for me, and that’s exactly why I wanted to become a sports massage therapist, to help others look after their bodies, reduce injury risk, and get the most out of their training.

Can’t believe we are into the second month of 2026…how are we all? It’s been a MENTAL busy January which to kick start a year is amazing so thanks to everyone who I’ve seen so far. February is shaping up nicely but there is only 5 appointments left this month and March is VERY limited due to me being away for my charity cycle so please get booking!!! Also keep your eyes peeled as we have some exciting news coming…🥳

….and just like that we are back open 🥳
Hope you all had a wonderful festive season and a happy start to the New Year. That’s me back to work today and full steam ahead from Monday. Appointment wise it’s busy…so it’s looking like the next availability is now 5th February but keep checking online for cancellations because they can sometimes come up without me seeing. As always thanks for keeping me busy, now stay cosy and hopefully see you all soon in 2026 💜

Wowsers what a year….im lost for words (odd I know) 😂
It’s been a lot, we said bye to my lovely Donna who I started the business with and then went solo and my goodness you supported me…month from month I was fully booked and had waiting lists…I’m beyond grateful!! I had big plans but you keep me that busy I’ve not managed to execute them yet….next year??!!! Anyway from the bottom of my heart thank you!! Also the gifts I have received for Christmas has been overwhelming too…so thoughtful and generous so thank you.❤️
So with that said that’s me finished up until the 3rd of January for a well earned rest. Have the most wonderful Christmas what ever you do. Thinking of those who can’t be with us but being so grateful for those who are. Here’s to a fabulous 2026 when it comes. 💛
