📢 We are currently reviewing follow-up appointments to ensure patients receive care that is timely and clinically appropriate.

If you receive a letter in the post or a digital message from us, please respond to the short questionnaire to help us understand your current condition and preferences.

After completing the short questionnaire, your response will be reviewed by our clinical team.

You may then:
✔️ Be discharged if no further follow-up is needed
✔️ Be offered a follow-up appointment
✔️ Be placed on a Patient-Initiated Follow-Up (PIFU) pathway

This helps us ensure care is timely, appropriate and tailored to your current needs.

A very big thank you to our local Co-op store & our Patient Participation Group for raising money in the community for the Medical Centre. We have been able to purchase a new Doppler machine.

❗GP surgery website issues – important update for patients❗

IT issues are currently affecting the system that runs many GP surgery websites nationally, including most of those across Gloucestershire.
Technical teams are working hard to fix the issues as quickly as possible. Whilst they do this, to ensure the safety of clinical systems, they have temporarily closed most practice websites.

If you need to contact your GP surgery urgently, please either phone or visit your surgery.
