✨ Winter Blues: Something Real You Can Do Today ✨
If you’re feeling heavy, flat, slow or disconnected lately, you’re not doing anything wrong. This time of year pulls energy downwards. Your body is trying to protect you, not punish you. So instead of fighting the slump or forcing yourself to “snap out of it,” try meeting your body where it actually is.
