As we head into the Christmas rush (aka the season of mild chaos), I just need to remind everyone of my cancellation policy:

✨ 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Last-minute cancellations leave gaps that are almost impossible to fill during the busiest time of the year.
✨ Cancellations within 48 hours, or missed appointments, may incur a fee.
This isn’t me being mean — it just covers lost time and keeps the diary running smoothly for everyone.

I absolutely love making you all look festive-ready, but I also rely on your appointments (and sanity!) being kept. Thank you so much for understanding and for supporting my little business. 💕
