Hello from me!
For anyone new here, I’m Kelly 👋
I’ve spent over 17 years working in hospitality, catering everything from intimate dinner parties to big celebrations and weddings.
Alongside my husband, I co-founded an award-winning restaurant in Herefordshire, and it was there that my love for creating bespoke, visually beautiful canapés really took hold.
That passion led to Pink Pineapple Events, my catering company, which has taken me all over the country working on weddings, launches, premieres and some pretty special celebrations.
While Pink Pineapple continues to do its thing, The Buttery Dish has always been the more personal side of my work. A place to share everything I’ve learnt, in a way that feels slower, more thoughtful and more connected. After falling in love with Winchcombe years ago, our home became the setting for that, and I loved every minute of welcoming people in, cooking, hosting and creating alongside brilliant friends and collaborators.
That chapter has now closed and our home (and The Buttery Dish venue) has been sold. While we’re on the lookout for our next family home and future Buttery Dish space, the journey very much continues. I’m loving bringing The Buttery Dish to people’s homes, creating bespoke workshops and events, and letting all those years of experience guide what comes next.
