It is ok to say no. It is ok to set boundaries, in order to protect your energy, your peace. Sometimes we don’t even spot the need for boundary setting as we are so used to the behaviour we see it as normal/acceptable. Sometimes those pushing the boundaries are those closest to us, those who think they have a right to full access to you without consideration for your needs.
