Hey lovely people đ
I donât post with any kind of frequency about my life or my work online, but Iâve realised a lot of you still donât really know what I do â so I thought it was time for a proper update and a little re-introâŚ
A little over a year ago, I returned to the UK after 12 years overseas living in Dubai, Marbella, Mexico, and Guatemala. And for the past five years I have been facilitating online coaching and running transformational workshops and international residential retreats dedicated to emotional healing, wellness, and personal growth.
Coming back to the motherland meant starting my business from scratch here in Hampshire. Itâs been a big shift, but also a beautiful one â reconnecting with old friends, making new ones, nature, community, and the joy of in-person work. I truly believe that transformation happens best in real-life, community and relational spaces.
But what really brought me to this work was my own healing journey.
In 2015, I was diagnosed with breast cancer â and what followed was a transformational path of deep healing. That experience cracked me wide open and led me to explore a wide range of powerful, often unconventional modalities that helped me rebuild not just my health, but my entire life.
Through this journey, I discovered the profound wisdom of the body â and the intricate ways the mind and body are deeply connected. I began to explore consciousness, altered states, and emotional release work, which eventually led me to the neurobiology of trauma and how unprocessed experiences shape our thoughts, behaviour, and nervous systems.
Over the past 8+ years, Iâve trained and immersed myself in modalities that helped me radically transform â from breathwork and Kambo to somatic therapy, trauma-informed coaching, and psychedelic support. From that lived experience and deep study, PSY SOMA was born:
â¨PSY SOMA | Mind & Body Emotional Masteryâ¨
This is the work I now share â guiding others to release whatâs stuck, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect to their aliveness. Itâs the best work in the world.
What I donât love? Social media. đ
My neuro-spicy brain doesnât vibe with the constant digital distraction â Iâd always rather be with people than tied to a phone. But I know that so many of you could benefit from this work⌠and if I donât talk about it, how will you know? So here I am â showing up. Even if itâs a little reluctantly đ
Everything is going really well â classes and workshops are regularly selling out and waitlisted through good old-fashioned word of mouth and beautiful feedback with repeated clientele, and Iâm now collaborating with some amazing venues all across Hampshire. But itâs time to widen the circle.
If youâre feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in your head, or just meh... I see you.
And Iâd love to invite you to come and FEEL ALIVE again.
đż My next one-day retreat â ALL OF THE FEELS â is coming up and there are a couple of spaces left. Itâs a full mind-body reset for people who want to shift something big, reconnect to themselves, and leave feeling ten feet tall.
Come join me â I promise itâs transformational and fun.
Itâs ALL OF THE FEELS. đ
