This month, we've been all about play, fun and running lunges….. today was no different! I couldn't resist joining the parents' race at school, especially since I loved sports day as a kid. I'm pleased with how I did at 45.5 years old! Taking care of your body really pays off. 🏃‍♂️💪 …my little one also having fun!
