Hi! Looking for a positive, energising way to start your week? Why not join me and my lovely community class for yoga, 5:30-6:30 pm on Mondays, at the beautiful Nutshell in Kings Walk, central Wi******er? This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, including beginners. This is in no way a Lycra clad or competitive group! We are very welcoming, so please come as you are. 🧘🏼‍♀️ I am really excited to be running two children's yoga sessions in the half term holiday at the Discovery Centre - Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th October, 9:30am - 10am. Bringing yoga to your home - Little Bird Yoga on Zoom! We all need some movement, balance and calming relaxation at the moment 🧘🏼‍♀️ Starting next Monday (30th March) at 4:30-5pm, I will be offering a weekly yoga session for primary school aged children, via Zoom (an easily downloadable app). This class will also suitable for any parents and younger siblings who want to join in too! It will be £10 per household for the first 3 consecutive weeks. This offer is free to children who already attend my Thursday class
