Please be patient with our Pharmacy team as they work really hard to catch with outstanding repeat prescription requests

Please be aware that following the implementation of a new system the Pharmacy team are currently between 5 & 6 behind in processing repeat prescription requests.

Please bear with us until the new system is fully operational. The team are all working really hard to reduce the processing time.

Please note that local traffic is heavily impacted by an accident on the M3 at Junction 13 this morning.

Most of our staff have arrived as expected today but please be aware that you will need to allow more time to arrive for your appointments.

GOOD NEWS!

Our new card machine arrived early & has been installed this morning so we are now able to accept card payments again.

We are very grateful for your patience & understanding whilst we were unable to take card payments.

A new machine is on the way but not expected until Monday.

We apologise for the inconvenience this causes but it is beyond our control.
