As we shift gently away from winter and hopefully replace endless grey skies with more sunshine, March invites something different from Januaryâs stillness or Februaryâs endurance⌠I have definitely felt every part of that word this year!
And this sea swim a few days ago was just the tonic I needed to shake me from my February funk! I danced around the beach afterwards (very tolerant husband watching on!) and ended up getting back in for second dip! But goodness it was cold⌠I wished iâd been bothered to get my boots and gloves out the car!

â¨Instagram Live: Calm Mind, Clear Skin
Weâll be hosting our very first Instagram Live with Deborah from - weâll be exploring the connection between stress, skin, and the nervous system. It will take place on Monday 2 March at 7pm.
â¨In person group classes - availability throughout March for our Monday morning feel good flow and Friday Lunchtime Yin. Book online. Come and join us in our beautiful studio.

â¨Our online studio continues to provide members with 150+ on demand classes to practice at home or on the go along with monthly LIVE classes to keep our community connected and motivated. Dates for our live practice (via zoom) are Sunday 8th and Sunday 29th March, 7:30 - 8pm.
