💜 February arrives with a quiet sense of transition.💜
The days are slowly lengthening… is it just me, or are the birds singing a little more joyfully?
In class this month, our focus is on twists - not forcing into complicated shapes, but creating a feeling of space and noticing the feedback from within. Softening winter heaviness and allowing fresh energy to move through, at a pace that feels supportive and kind. We’ll delve deeper into the relationship between the spine, pelvis and upper body, exploring the fundamentals of twisting the body.
February sits beautifully between rest and renewal, reminding us that we don’t need to rush toward spring. There is wisdom in staying with what is here… trust things are quietly rearranging beneath the surface.
