If there is medication that will help extend someone's life who has secondary breast cancer then it should be made available to them.

I don't know the full political situation why the NHS won't supply it but I think it's worth trying to do something about it.

Our minds are very responsive to creating habits & negative behaviours etc. All this 'stuff' can be life limiting and restricting when no longer wanted or needed.

But remember.......

Things can change!

Remember that you can start over at any time, you may need a guide to support you with this change. If so remember I am here for all those ready to embrace change in their lives and free themselves up.

Have a wonderful day.

Just a gentle poem to post that reminds us of a bygone time and yet so much still rings true 200 years later when Keats first published it.

Embrace the new and hold onto the good of the past.

Like autumn let the rotting apples of a negative past fall and rot away. It's time to move on with the seasons.

Keats......

Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness,
Close bosom-friend of the maturing sun;
Conspiring with him how to load and bless
With fruit the vines that round the thatch-eves run;
To bend with apples the moss'd cottage-trees,
And fill all fruit with ripeness to the core;
To swell the gourd, and plump the hazel shells
With a sweet kernel; to set budding more,
And still more, later flowers for the bees,
Until they think warm days will never cease,
For summer has o'er-brimm'd their clammy cells.

Who hath not seen thee oft amid thy store?
Sometimes whoever seeks abroad may find
Thee sitting careless on a granary floor,
Thy hair soft-lifted by the winnowing wind;
Or on a half-reap'd furrow sound asleep,
Drowsed with the fume of poppies, while thy hook
Spares the next swath and all its twined flowers:
And sometimes like a gleaner thou dost keep
Steady thy laden head across a brook;
Or by a cider-press, with patient look,
Thou watchest the last oozings, hours by hours.

Where are the songs of Spring? Ay, where are they?
Think not of them, thou hast thy music too,--
While barred clouds bloom the soft-dying day,
And touch the stubble-plains with rosy hue;
Then in a wailful choir the small gnats mourn
Among the river sallows, borne aloft
Or sinking as the light wind lives or dies;
And full-grown lambs loud bleat from hilly bourn;
Hedge-crickets sing; and now with treble soft
The redbreast whistles from a garden-croft,
And gathering swallows twitter in the skies.

It's a time when support, even from a distant Facebook friend, is needed the most.

So I won't fail you, I am back and with you. I hope to offer insights, inspiration and support as best I can iver the airwaves.

Offering Kindness not only empowers you but it offers others some human interaction that is missing so much at the moment and perhaps even before the pandemic.

Creating a shift in our mind to stop and pause for a moment helps us to be fully present in each moment of your life, as it increases your awareness of self and the people around you.

In the quest to create a gentler, kinder more interactive world, kindness is the easiest tool we can use. Though it is easy to overlook opportunities to be kind, our lives are actually more full of opportunities and situations in which we can be helpful, considerate, thoughtful, and friendly to loved ones and those around us in our daily travels, as well as strangers.

The touching, selfless acts of kindness that have the most profoundly uplifting effects are often the simplest: a word of praise, a helping hand, a gesture of courtesy, or simply just a smile. Such small kindnesses represent an unconditional, unrestricted form of love that we are free to give or withhold at will.

When you give the gift of kindness with heartfelt intent, whether in the form of assistance, concern, or friendliness, your actions create a beacon of happiness and hope that warms people's hearts.

See what kindness and happiness you can bring today into someones life, remember what you give will come back to you.
Have a wonderful kindness day.

A PRECIOUS HUMAN LIFE BY THE DALAI LAMA
A Precious Human Life

Every day think as you wake up: Today I am fortunate to have woken up. I am alive; I have a precious human life. I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others, to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am going to have kind thoughts towards others. I am not going to get angry, or think badly about others. I am going to benefit others as much as I can.

Our mind shifts between reality and moods thoughts behind the scenes all the time.

By becoming more consciously aware of the shift between real and false mood thoughts we begin to have more control and understanding of the thoughts and feelings. Are they there to serve purpose and guidance or a mixed message that can be bypassed?
