✨ TRUTH: A 6-week check is simply a *medical milestone*, not the finish line for your emotional, hormonal, or physical healing.
Your body has done something extraordinary.
It takes time for:
🩷 Pelvic floor muscles to strengthen
🩷 Abdominal muscles to reconnect
🩷 Hormones to settle
🩷 Sleep, feeding + routines to stabilise
🩷 Emotions to regulate
And that’s *normal.*
There is NO deadline for feeling “yourself” again.
There is NO expected timeline for full recovery.
There is NO rush.
