If you stopped someone in the street and asked them about menopause, they’d probably say:

“Hot flushes.”�“Periods changing.”

And yes, those can be part of it.

But that’s only a tiny piece of the picture.

Perimenopause and menopause can show up in so many unexpected ways. Anxiety, low mood, brain fog, poor sleep, joint aches. Even dry eyes (yes, really).

Hormones influence almost every system in the body, so when they shift, you can feel it in ways you might never have linked to menopause.
