Bordeaux !! Just a few snaps only spent a few hours in the city. Great fashion , food and energy about this place. I did not even get to see any museums ( plenty of wine ones 😏🍷) …. Nom nom nom Merci !🤤🤤

Just found really really old massage/facials cue cards.
Yes I did a few facials in my day along with Body scrubs and wraps🤦🏽‍♂️😏 i enjoyed them too.
Mixing all them potions and lotions ⚗️🧴 from bespoke and leading product houses .
The thought of working in a spa was never part of the vision when studying movement science but I always enjoyed looking after oneself and understated luxury.

I haven’t massaged much but kinesio taping and Acupunture has been keeping moi busy ( all with in my safety bubble) this gentleman has hardly any meniscus left and has multiple ops on ligaments on the lateral knee .He cycles often and very active in strengthening his quads and hamstrings. Motion is his lotion . He loved the needles or what they done for him ... his next question was “ can you help me stop smoking” 🤦🏽‍♂️😂 . ...sorry not yet

New job title “the pool guy”
So my shift starts 7:30 am with the pool check and clean followed by an inspection of holiday site.
It’s my favourite time as it so quiet.
I’ve been working with pools since 94 and it still brings me joy to see clear water. This is my 1st salt water pool And so far so good.

I have ment to post this sometime ago not really sorry about it . Just a glimpse of the move and life in France so far. We still haven’t settled and doing the touristy things. Also thank you again for the help lads and ladies. @ Varaignes

It’s been a great 13 years. More ups than downs and I thank everyone who has supported me as a friend , therapist and brother either providing me with opportunities or words of wisdom.
I wish I could of said my goodbyes in different circumstances.
Hope to be back in the near future until then I shall keep you updated on our new adventure in France🇫🇷 with a few pictures here and there. For those who know me will remember me jokingly saying that I’m a “Son of the soil and citizen of the world 😁” well

Definitely made with looooove 🙂❤️ yesterday I learned how to make natural cosmetics for myself and some bits for treatments. The vegan products took a bit longer to make , but quality is something worth waiting for 💁🏽‍♂️.
