The emphasis this year is on empowering men to prioritise their health.

This means not powering through but taking time to look after yourselves gents. Health doesn't have to mean more reps at the gym. Sometimes less is more.

Just a reminder that with PureZest, Windlesham closing I am actively looking for a replacement venue in the village to continue seeing all of my lovely local clients. If anyone has any leads?

I am looking for a peaceful room with space for a reclining chair one day a week (ideally Monday) and one evening a week (ideally Tuesday), I'm open to suggestions though.

In the meantime I am taking mobile bookings. Instead of you finding your brolly and wading through puddles to get to me I will come and treat you in the comfort of your own home 🏠👣😊

It's World Cancer Day today - a chance to raise awareness of the continued fight against this insidious disease 💪

I have been humbled to treat a number of clients undergoing treatment and whilst I could tell you anecdotally how much Reflexology helped them, research is slowly trickling through to prove the point....

In Oct 2021 a small study published in the Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing showed that 'foot reflexology significantly decreases pain for cancer inpatients compared to traditional nursing care alone'. The study found that nausea was also reduced amongst participants.

It's just a small study, but it's great news and adds to the increasing body of evidence that Reflexology has a important complementary role in cancer care.

So if you, or anyone you know, is currently undergoing treatment do ask about any complementary therapies available, especially Reflexology 🤗👣
