Dropping an incredible 11st 7lbs (73kg) completely changed Ray’s life… so much so that his own family didn’t recognise him!

In group this morning I was telling members about how much I love this salad. Had to change my menu plan 🤣 dashed out to get the ingredients. Pan fried lemon prawns and smoked salmon 👌roasted new potatoes and salad all mixed together with a light salad dressing.

It’s amazing what you can rustle up at the last minute and because nothing is off the menu at Slimming World it makes meals even more exciting.
