💙 We’re Hiring – Live-In Care Assistant 💙

Heritage Healthcare Windsor is looking for a compassionate Live-In Care Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time role on a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, working alongside another care assistant for support.

📅 Availability needed:
✔ 7th November – 4th December 2025
✔ 19th December 2025 – 12th January 2026 (bonus available for Christmas & New Year shifts 🎄✨)

💷 £1,050 per week
🚗 Driver desirable (essential if visa sponsorship required)

You’ll live comfortably in the client’s home with your own space and time each day to rest and recharge.

Your role will include:
✅ Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
✅ Medication management
✅ Meal preparation
✅ Mobility support & gentle exercise encouragement
✅ Companionship & emotional support
✅ Household tasks to keep the home safe and tidy
✅ Liaison with healthcare professionals

What we’re looking for:
🌟 Compassion, kindness & patience
🌟 Experience in live-in care (preferred)
🌟 Relevant care qualifications (desirable)
🌟 Ability to work independently & communicate effectively

💆‍♀️ Massage Treat for Our Amazing Team! 💙

At Heritage Healthcare Windsor, we know how hard our care team works, so over the past few weeks, we treated every carer to a 30-minute hand and arm massage as a special thank you for everything they do!

Each team member was given time off the rota to pop in, relax, and enjoy a bit of pampering from Tropic Skincare & Makeup with Jackie Couzens. And judging by the smiles (and the lovely feedback!), it was very much appreciated:
