✨ So we made it to Saturday, the weekend, and a Bank Holiday weekend too! ✨

And what better way to spend a Saturday night than a Movie Night snuggled up on the sofa with your loved ones?

But how many of us reach for the high-calorie snacks along with the remote control?

Here are some low-calorie nibble alternatives:

Steps 1 & 2:
1. On-plan ice-cream made with your favourite 1:1 shake
2. Sorbet or ice lollies, made with your favourite 1:1 water flavouring
3. 1:1 Salted Caramel or Mint Choc Bites
4. 1:1 Fava Beans
5. 1:1 Jelly Sweets made with 1:1 Mix A Mousse and water flavourings.

Steps 3 & above:
1. Home made popcorn. So much fun to make (we make it all the time - just 3 minutes in a microwave!) - flavoured with spices such as cinnamon, rather than the toffee-coated ones. Not only fun to make, but much cheaper than to buy ready made. You can get the popping corn in 1kg bags that last for absolutely ages!
2. Hummus and crudities. (but try to go easy on the hummus, it contains a lot of oil)
3. Sliced/chopped fresh fruit
4. Cherry tomatoes, diced chunks of cheese and chopped up deli meats

Enjoy with a glass of sparking water with your favourite 1:1 Water Flavouring!
