POWMAK is a fantastic riverside-based Pilates studio at Windsor Marina. The team are dedicated to helping members transform their bodies. POWMAK offers three main disciplines POWMAX, POWMIX, POWMAT, all designed to suit your body, schedule and budget. POWMAX is performed on reformer machines to glide your body to fitness. POWMIX recently launched, is a new fitness fusion, which pushes the boundaries of Pilates even further using a frame and sling to support the body. POWMIX incorporates Pilates, yoga, barre, plyometric, high intensity training, cross training, speed flex, gyro tonics, cardio, TRX all-in-one class.

Hello Hello and welcome back to the outside world. POWMAK Pilates is being transformed into something all together bigger and better. We have been taken over by Heba Pilates who have their own Nuforma which is like a reformer but easier to use with even more variety and choice.

We love the control required for Seal through the core to bring this freeing move to a stop and initiate a restart.

Crab is one of Imie’s favourite exercises – combining abdominal strength, coordination and breath.

Both are also great for hip mobility.
