If you've recently had a baby and you're feeling tired and a little stiff from all the feeding, carrying and soothing your baby, this is for you.

1. When you can, take a moment and lie flat on your back, arms out at shoulder height, palms dacing the ceiling, legs bent, feet on the floor, breath into your belly, feel it expand, let your belly soften when you breath out. Practice a few breaths.

2. Roll over onto hands and knees. Practice a few rounds of cat pose.

How do you feel?

At my Mummy and Baby Postnatal Yoga class, you'll be part of a supportive community of new mums, where you can share the ups and downs of motherhood, move your body, learn some baby massage techniques or simply rest.

The next 6 week course starts on 11th Nov to 16th Dec. (Delayed start date, due to season colds doing the rounds).

If you would like to know more, feel free to send me a message.

🌟 Your body already ‘KNOWS’ how to birth your baby! 🌟

Birth is a physiological process, like breathing, you don’t have to THINK about when to breath in or out, it just happens. The same with digestion, you don’t have to THINK about that either do you?

Birth is the same, it’s driven by your baby and a cocktail of hormones that are produced when your baby is ready to be born and you feel safe to do so.

Yes, sometimes for medical reasons, you may need a helping hand, BUT in the main, birth works, especially if you're left alone to birth in your own time.

The three most important factors for a straight forward physiological birth are:
✅ You feel SAFE
✅ You feel PRIVATE
✅ You are UNOBSERVED

There is so much fear around birth, it's easy to understand why you would lose confidence in your body and hand over your power to 'those that know best'.

Imagine approaching your birth experience with confidence, trust and that intrinsic knowing that you can do this.

If you're pregnant and want to learn about how your body and baby work together, and how you can support your body in labour, join me on Sunday morning from 10am to 1pm. The first half of class will be movement and breath based (Pregnancy Yoga), the second half of class will be education based, where you can ask questions and understand how your body works in labour.

If you have any questions, feel free to DM me, or you can book your place on my website.

If you'd like a change of scenery why not join local mums, move your body, make friends and share the ups and downs of motherhood, in my postnatal Yoga class, Windsor.

What to expect.
Gentle movement to help ease those postnatal aches, build inner strength through breath awareness, and if you're lucky you may even get to relax, I'm always happy to hold a baby 😀

Quite often mums head off to Woody's Cafe in the Clewer Recreation Ground aka Pirate Park for lunch and a natter after class to seal those friendships.

Duration: 6 weeks.
Cost: £78
