Clearwater Care provides residential and supported living services for those with autism, severe learning disabilities and specialist physical and sensory needs. The company serves London, the South East and the Midlands.
Not only does Modus Care Group operate 11 complex care homes providing high quality acuity care for adults with learning disabilities, it also runs a leading training academy to help transition service users into community life. It is part of the Pathways Care Group.
Pathways Care Group comprises 44 homes each providing care for adults with learning disabilities.
