Somatics can help us to teach the body new experiences and develop a sense of emotional safety.
Self-touch is a powerful way of offering ourselves support and connecting with ourselves sometimes in different ways.
If it feels weird that’s ok.
But in this often harsh & demanding world, we need this actually.
And it’s an empowering place to be when we’re able to acknowledge this and do things differently for you today.
