We offer initial, no-obligation, consultations to provide you with a comprehensive assessment of your concern or condition, and then provide you with a suggested treatment plan where necessary. We follow-up all our patients to monitor progress and satisfaction, and we are often recommended for our excellent care both during and after your treatment. At The Wellfield Skin Clinic we provide a wide range of facial aesthetic and cosmetic treatments including treatment of lines and wrinkles with muscle relaxants and Dermal Fillers. 🔶 CORRECTIVE NOSE RECONSTRUCTION 🔶

Here we can see what can be achieved in difficult cases after surgical rhinoplasty has removed too much bone and cartilage, leaving a "Saddle Deformity" and a misshaped tip. This 2 Stage Non-Surgical Reconstruction achieved exactly what the patient wanted, improving her confidence, and enabling her to “stop thinking about my nose!”.

The first three images show the final results, and the final two images shows the results at Stage 1. This is a technically difficult and high-risk case given the prior surgery and subsequent scar tissue involved. But such a pleasure to achieve the desired result for our patient.

This "Non-Surgical Nose Job" gives you an idea of what can be achieved without going under the knife.

A 3 Point Technique is used to rebalance the geometry of the nose giving the impression of a smaller, more harmonious appearance.

Filler is used to subtly change the geometry of the nose giving the impression of a smaller, more balanced nose appearance.

Tattoos no longer have to be permanent.

We used our Q-Switched ATV Candela laser to achieve this results in just 6 sessions.

Downtime was minimal. Darkening and swelling lasts for just a few days. Most normal activities can resume almost immediately.

Laser Pigmentation Removal ⚡️

Pigmentation can occur for many reasons. And there are a multitude of possible diagnoses to consider. It's essential to get any new pigmented area checked by a doctor, and ensure the lesion is benign before commencing treatment.

Our lovely patient tried, unsuccessfully, to treat this pigmentation with both long-pulsed alexandrite laser and IPL. We used our Q-Switched ATV Candela Laser to achieve this results in just two sessions 😀

Downtime was minimal, returning to normal activities straight away, and with just a few days of darkening of the lesion before fading began.
