What a gorgeous day (even if I do say so myself) The sun shone for us and we were able to enjoy the day outside in nature as well as in the stunning My first retreat day was fun to organise and I had the best therapists and yoga teacher. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported We had Indian head massage with back and shoulders by Seema, reflexology with Katie and Angel cards with Jo. Yummy lunch by and pilates with me and yoga with .hill.104 Look out for our next day retreat coming to a vineyard near you soon 🙏🏼🥂
