A huge well done to our nurses 💕 for their incredible response and dedication. Despite being involved in a car accident, they acted swiftly to arrange a courtesy car and ensured our service user received the dressing they needed without delay.

When our carer arrived for Mr. L’s lunch call, he talked about how he really loved KFC. Even though she was already running behind, she didn’t hesitate—she knew how much it would mean to him. After completing his tasks, she headed out to pick up his favourite meal.

Who would like to see more of what happens in our interactive training sessions? 👀

As real as this looks, these “arms” are actually training models—complete with realistic wounds, blood effects, and injuries that our staff had to assess, dress, and bandage! 🩹

Our trainer provided lifelike model arms with blood simulation, giving staff the opportunity to practise applying dressings and bandages in a safe but highly realistic environment.

Everyone got fully involved, creating a hands-on experience that builds real confidence and practical skills. It’s all about learning by doing—and making sure our team feels prepared for real-life situations💕

Training Block 2 – out of 3
comprehensive three-day course covering essential core and mandatory training. This session includes practical first aid, as well as moving and handling techniques, delivered through face-to-face, interactive learning we have run this training program for many years

The programme is designed to be engaging and enjoyable, encouraging active participation throughout. By the end of the training, staff will feel confident applying their new knowledge and skills effectively in the workplace💕

I had a bit of time to spare after my appointment today, so we decided—why not?—let’s pop out for a coffee. It turned into such a lovely surprise.

Honestly, I couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The coffee was absolutely gorgeous, and the cake… oh, the cake was just perfect. But more than that, it was just so nice to sit, relax, and have a proper good old natter.

We chatted about everything and nothing, had a few laughs, and it just made the whole day feel brighter. It’s those little moments that really make a difference.

I’m really, really grateful for the time we spent together today—it meant a lot to me.”
