They say it takes 66 Days to create a habit, so many of us use the festive pause as a space to evaluate what we want, who we want to be, where we want our life to go.
I’m not saying that’s right or wrong, for some the pressure to keep up with the goals we set in January becomes too much, too soon & we give up.
So maybe let’s set small realistic goals, attending one class a week, you can’t do it all, so make sure it’s something that fits into your schedule, maybe you have to remove something else to make space? I’m sure we could all lose an hour of scrolling for 45/60 minutes of mindful movement, breath work & pouring back into ourselves.
Fast forward to the 7th March, there’ll be lighter mornings, days gradually getting longer, and you’re 66 days into the new year, into new habits that feel so good you can’t live without them. You’ve done the most difficult part, and then you carry on the year feeling stronger and more aligned.
