Cheshire & Stockport Breast Screening service

Getting your breast screening invitation can feel daunting, but knowing what to expect can make it easier. Here’s what your journey typically looks like:

👍Invitation – You’ll receive your invitation for routine screening in the post
👍The Screening – Your mammogram is a quick process and checks your breast tissue for early signs of cancer
👍Results – You will receive your results within 2-3 weeks. If follow-up is needed, your screening team will guide you every step of the way
👍Support – Need extra help getting to your appointment? Call the team on 01625 661157 or 01270 612396

Remember, early detection saves lives. Attending your screening is one of the most important things you can do for your health

Easter Half Term with HAF, Spaces Still Available! 🌼

We still have places left for our Easter Half Term club and we’d love to welcome more young people to join us!

We have 12 FREE HAF spaces per session for children who receive Benefit Related Free School Meals through the Holiday Activity Fund programme.

We also have 8 paid places each day at just £15, and lunch is included.

Our club is open to SEND children and their siblings aged 8–15, and each day is packed with fun, creative activities:

Tuesday 7th April – Easter Crafts & Sensory Table
Wednesday 8th April – Circus Skills & Film Afternoon
Thursday 9th April – Science Mad & Mindfulness Movement
Friday 10th April – T‑Shirt Design & Free Play
