⭐️💥 AMAZING 💥⭐️

Miami as just completed her 30days in club and the results are in 👏🏼

32.5 cm in total loss ⭐️

1.7 % down in body fat ⭐️

Muscle mass increased ⭐️

Hydration increased ⭐️

6 years down on her metabolic age ⭐️

All this on top of the energy she’s gained 💪
Her mood as lifted through the roof 😁
Her skin is glowing 💎

Miami as gained so much more confidence since joining us in club and as decided to join as a trainee coach just to shear with people what she as got out of this amazing life changing journey 💚

This 1 is very personal to me guys as most of my friends no I lost my dad a short while ago left us all shattered as he was taken to fast and to soon.

this lady need to stay around forever ♥️ this is my beautiful mamma ♥️

Mum as just completed her first 10 day 👏🏼
She joined as she was suffering from really low mood bad insomnia and would go 5 days and nights straight with no sleep 😧
Hardly eating in the day but would binge at nyt while being awake on junk crisp sweets chocolate cakes sandwiches. etc etc.

Since joining us on her journey
10 short days ago the changes she’s add as been amazing (her words) 💚

She’s been getting between 8-10 hours full night sleep 💥

Energy levels through the roof so much so she’s even been goin on walks 💣

And the best by far is her mood as lifted massively 🌟😊

Now the rest is all a bonus she said 😁⬇️⬇️⬇️

23cm total loss ⬇️

Body-fat down 4.7 ⬇️

Hydration increased ⬆️

So my journey with SOUL Nutrition Club is just on another level🙌🏽

Wen I first joined before Christmas I just wonted to lost a bit of weight for a holiday I add coming up in January little did I no then that this place these ppl would change my life.💚

I got my goal weight for my holiday 👍 that was amazing. But I after the way I was feeling the energy the better sleep waking up at stupid 0 clock because u was feeling so positive was just something iv lacked for so many years.

I’m now 3 months in to my journey at soul nutrition and my numbers just keep getting better and better 🙌🏽💚

Total body fat ⬇️ 6.5

Hydration ⬆️ massively

muscle mass ⬆️

Visceral fat ⬇️ 2.L that’s the bad fats around your organs. Gone💣

And this one gets me soooo excited⬇️🎉

Metabolic age down ⬇️ 16 years 😱😁💪 taking me 10 year’s younger then my actual age 💣
