Vacancy

Funeral Service Operative

Hours: 20–38 hours per week

Location: Winsford

We are looking to recruit a Funeral Service Operative to assist with all aspects of funeral services. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring professionalism, compassion, and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

Key Duties

Assisting with all aspects of funeral services

Driving hearse, limousine, and collection vehicles

Collection and care of the deceased

Coffin preparation and making

General office and administrative duties

Vehicle cleaning and basic maintenance

Supporting colleagues as required

Essential Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence

Ability to work sensitively and respectfully

Willingness to undertake physical work

Good initiative and reliability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Information

This role can be physical at times

Full training provided

Pay details to be discussed at interview
